Mediations/ADR

For more than fifteen years Heather Leonard has been a certified Mediator and Arbitrator.  Her experience as a litigator has, necessarily, required her participation in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She realized early its value in resolving matters in the litigation process sooner, and with less consumption of judicial and party resources. Often achieving more desirable outcomes for both parties than would have been achieved through trial.  As such, for the last five years she has moved her practice more toward acting as a neutral and endeavoring to help both sides reach a resolution.
